In a separate bowl beat eggs, add ricotta cheese, 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix together. In a 13x9 pan pour 1 cup of the meat sauce onto the bottom. Place 3 noodles on top. Spread half the cheese mixture on top of noodles. Repeat 1 cup meat sauce, 3 noodles, rest of the cheese mixture. Top with remaining 3 noodles and rest of the meat sauce making sure the noodles are covered. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
