Since we are posting about recipes this week, I thought I would write about one of my favorite cookbooks. It is the Better Home and Gardens Cook Book- I have been using the recipes from this book for the last year or so and every recipe I have used has been an AMAZING dish! Just a few of my favorite dishes so far have been the Chicken and Creamy Mushrooms(p. 468), the Meatloaf(p.377), Beef Stroganoff(p.369), and Spinach stuffed pasta shells (p.431)...I have added these recipes to my dinner rotation. It has been fun to find a great resource to keep things interesting at dinner time. Hope you enjoy cooking!
